Returns

  • Due to the nature of our product (health & personal care), opened or used products are not eligible for return.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Exchange

  • Exchanges are allowed for damaged or wrong products only.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

Return Process

  • Contact our customer support within 48 hours

  • Provide order number and issue details

  • Once approved, we will arrange replacement or refund

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
